Hobbies/Travel
My hobbies are reading, going out with friends, watching movies and traveling. I grew up in Canada and moved to Greece when I was thirty years old. I have also visited the U.S.A many times. I have visited many countries in Europe. Each country has its own unique beauty. I loved Budapest, Thessaloniki and Madrid. Vancouver and Seattle are also my favorites. Now I live in Madrid, Spain.

Thank you very much for your detailed feedback as always. I think I became able to write longer sentences. On the other hand, these are becoming complicated as well, so I think I have to be more careful about it.

Dear Ms Ellie_P, Thank you for your helpful feedback and alternative sentences! We would also be having many festivals, but nothing is going on. That'a pity. Tokyo residents are not allowed to use 'Go to travel' benefits. That's a pity too... What a summer everywhere.

From a perspective of childcare subsidy, I think what you found in the article is correct; regardless of the gender, the government pays the childcare subsidy to mommy or dad until their kids become one year old. However, as you can imagine, there are no dads who take a leave for childcare instead of mom. There may be some such dads in North Europe, but in Japan, I have never seen such a case.

Hi, staying on overtaking lanes is against Japanese driving rule as well. However, I think most drivers, who like speed, stay there as it is difficult for the police to crack down on them.

Hi, I apologize for the confusion! I should not have used the word "preschool" for the gymnastics one, because it is just a sort of enrichment lessons. The only official preschool is the one offered by the nursery.

As you say, children might be able to learn two languages at the same time! It's interesting to hear different opinions. I did a google search for the city you're in now and it's a very nice place!

Thank you very much for your detailed feedback as always. Your kind message above encouraged me to study more! I have been using IDIY since the start of last December. To be honest, at that time, writing English essay was a huge burden for me. I sometimes stared writing an essay from 11pm and finished it past midnight. Nowadays, submitting an essay is a part of my daily life, so I don't feel a burden so much and usually finish writing it until noon. This month, I introduced a couple of different approaches to speak English. First, I have started reading English book as many as possible. Second, I have watched YouTube that bilinguals are taking footage of their daily lives, in order to learn what kind of words they use. They are speaking in English but there are also Japanese subtitles on footage so these are really enjoyable. In addition, I have tried using newly learn words in conversations with teachers at my daughter's preschools. Hope my English will improve more!
