Yes! I did this when I was an elementary school student. I woke up early and went a nearby park to have this exercise. After the exercise, an adult in charge stamped on a sheet every day as a mark of the participation, which was a great joy for kids. My parents still do this exercise, using a recorded piece of music particularly made for this.
