Teacher Ellie_P Thank you for kind words as always. I also have never stsyed at Lamp Inn in Suzu City, but my son stayed there two years ago with his family. He told me how amazing guests can enjoy its special atmosphere at night. So my wife and I considered to stay the accomodation, but the Inn unfortunately is closed due to the Noto Great Earthquake. Suzu City is still under reconstruction to bounce back from damages and devastation. There is a huge amount of rubbles as a result of house collapse that needs about one year to get removed. Roads are bumping and twisted, and infrastructure is severely damaged particularly water supply system. No one cannot mention when Suzu City will fully recover. However, our prefecture and the Japanese government decided to allocating the special budget to help the people in Suzu City. So the situation is now getting better little by little.
