Hi Ellie! As you know, Okinawa has beautiful beach. It’s good to visit for relaxing and refreshing. I like green tea very much and drink every day. We usually drink cold tea in summer but I drink cold one all year round. Keiichi
Thank you very much ! Your advice is always cheer me up!
“ I was a bit confused with the: 'in the previous morning of ⅚.'. Actually, it is 'on the previous morning'. What you are saying is that she did it the morning of the 5th of May, right?” Right!
Thank you very much for your detailed feedback as always. I also enjoyed learning new word that you used in your sentences, such as posterity, topsy-turvy, to this effect, go about, in the face of and perilous waters. I think that the coronavirus brought about the new world utilizing as much leading-edge technologies as possible. A digital signature is one example, but there are much more. I used an online meeting system yesterday for the first time. Our company is in the midst of recruiting new grads for the next year, and the recruiting team asked me to have an online session with a female student because she is keen to know how female bankers maintain a work-life balance. It was so efficient that I felt we cannot go back to what we used to do even after the things go back to normal.
Thank you for your corrections and message! I sometimes go jogging, but recently so many people are jogging as well. It seems to be difficult to run alone for a while. Have a great day!
Dear Ellie Thank you very much for your heart warming comments. Your comments encourage me to study harder. Masako
Dear Ellie Thank you very much for your great work. As usual I learn from your corrections. Sorry to be late for response. Please have a nice day. Masako
As you know, Japan is in the midst of a state of emergency, but it is likely that the government puts an end to the lockdown of 34 prefectures out of 47, which have less infected patients by the coronavirus, on May 14. I live in Tokyo and it is most likely to remain under the lockdown till the end of May, unfortunately...
Thank you very much for editing my text! It was really helpful and informative to learn how to write sentences in English.
Hello Ellie, Thank you so much for your detailed explanation and fine examples of natural expressions. I’ve never used following expressions, “aesthetically appealing”, “a fine example” and a semi-colon. Many people think the method is out of date and no sense especially under this situation. A number of carvers is declining accordingly. The inkan was mostly handmade before but now we can get it through a vending machine which has an automatic engraving system. However Japanese still have to register own inkan and need to use a certificate of seal impression when we make a big deal like buying cars or real estates. I guess the custom would linger on for a while. I enjoyed this theme a lot. Have a nice day! BR, Asuka
Hello Ellie, Thank you so much not only correcting my errors but also teaching natural expressions. I am impressed your kindness because you are the first totur who showed the alternative natural sentences. I really understood and at the same time, I realized I have to read and write as much as possible to acquire English. I keep in practice and I definitely request you again. Bests regards, Shiro
Hello Teacher Ellie_P, Thank you for a quick correction. I got energy not only from roses but also from your heartwarming message! Your suggestion is very helpful and I studied a lot of new things about English. Thank you. Please stay safe and have a good weekend. Best regards, Viola_Viola
I appreciate you for your correction every time, because you show me a multiple way of writing. And this time, you suggest me that my sentence is not clear and I also noticed that I read my sentence again. Thank you.
Hi Ellie! You should visit Tokyo Disney Land someday. Keiichi
