Teacher Ellie_P Thank you for kind words as always. I should not have repeated society in a sentence. I meant that many people means common opinion among people. As more women hope to have their jobs, there is still a skepticism that women can work as well as men. When they work, they are forced to show their motivation to their bosses. Many of female workers try to achieve excellence in their workplaces. However, in these years, their aqtmosphere has been improved due to a very low birth rate. The Japanese government order companies to boost child care supports to help female workers who have a baby. They can now request reduced work hours, no night shift, and one-year paid holiday to their bosses. As long as they are during the durationto to look after babies, they are now protected. However, it is not certain that they will continue previous work after the end of the child care paid holidays. Although they will work in their same companies, some of them will be moved to different divisions. In some cases, they may be relegated to subsidiary companies. Competition always continue in companies and business society, so I believe that making a good work-life balance is always challenge for female workers even now in Japan. Thank you for corrections that are useful to me. Best regards, 5971mak

Teacher Ellie_P Thank you for kind words as always. I am sorry for a wrong sentence "The reason of the finding is not sure regarding the theme, but the results are consistent." I meant that as for being a bit overweight, many of them have a better health. The reason of it is not sure. Your sentence in feedback section is concise and easy to read. It is May now, but temperature rises higher than before during daytime as it reaches around 22 degree celsius (approximately 72 degrees Fahrenheit) . My wife and I usually take a walk in the evening to maintain my body weight within normal range. It is a fun time as I can enjoy transition of seasonsn while walking. Thank you for corrections that are helpful to me. Best regards, 5971mak

Teacher Ellie_P Thank you for kind words as always. Yes, half parts of a black rat's body were discovered inside two of a sliced bread packages. When the bread maker combines the two pieces, it made a full body of a small animal. The news was so serious that the bread of the brand were suddenly recalled to stop further incidents. Now, the company tries to scrutinize how the accident happened. It was really surprising because I don't want to imagine a half body of dead black rat was embeded in a slice of bread. Thank you for corrections that are useful to me. Best regards, 5971mak

Teacher Ellie_P Thank you for kind words as always. I agree that Disneyland always attracts a lot of young people, resulting a large crowd in its theme park. It is said that ,when guests visit the park on weekend, they have to spend a lot of time waiting in a line for participating in attractions. People say that it's like going to Disneyland to see the crowds. So wise guests visit the park on weekday while children skipping classes. Because the attraction is set up on a large scale, customers can enjoy a fun atmosphere that they cannot normally experience. That's probably what attracts people. If I have a chance to visit Disneyland, I will choose weekday to avoid crowds. However, I don't think that my sons will be infatuated with the happy atmosphere. They have something to do every day. Occasional fun time is the thing that they want to realize. They don't want to live in the fantasy world. Thank you for corrections that are useful to me. Best regards, 5971mak

Teacher Ellie_P Thank you for kind words as always. According to a newspaper article, unmanned convenience shops are going to appear in this year in Tokyo as below; "TOKYO -- Convenience store operator FamilyMart looks to open about 1,000 unstaffed shops by the end of fiscal 2024 offering the same products as the chain's regular outlets, in the first large-scale deployment of fully automated stores in Japan. Japan loosened regulations last year that required stores to have employees on staff. The country's labor shortage is set to intensify as the population continues to decline, and more businesses are moving to streamline operations using digital technology." Change seems to be happening faster than expected. Thank you for corrections that are helpful to me. Best regards, 5971mak

Teacher Ellie_P Thank you for kind words as always. I agree with the fun time living in a campers. According to brochures of large campers, drivers and passengers can relax and have an enjoyable time because of its large indoor space. The new way of travel may become normal in Japan, too. Camping is one of the outdoor activities in Summer, staying outdoor in the campers with their family will be unforgettable memories for their children. Teacher Ellie_P Thank you for kind words as always. I agree with the beauty of hina dolls which wear beautiful and colorful clothes as a decoration. Doll festival for girls and the decoration of Samurai helmet for boys are still one of the social norms in Japan. Most Japanese still think that every gender should have one's celebration. However, there is an argument that Hina dolls give children the idea that women should be obedient and dependent on men. It is sometimes used to refer to issues of discrimination against women, as it leads to the gender role of men and women in society and to looking down on women. While female enpowerment has been spreaded, the number of female worker, who disagree with the doll festival, may increase in the future. Thank you for corrections that are helpful to me. Teacher Ellie_P Thank you for kind words as always. I understand that I should have written "Nishiki Market has been ・・・" because the market was established 400 years ago. By the way, I was born in Kyoto and lived until I was 18 years old. At the time when I lived in Kyoto, the number of foreign tourists were still low. However, once Japanese anime and cuisine have become popular all over the world, the number of foreign travellers has been skyrocketing. Currently, when I have something to meet my relatives who live in Kyoto, I avoid visiting Kyoto on weekend because of heavy crowds. I feel exhausted because I have to spend a lot of waiting time. While I am glad that Kyoto attracts many foreigners, I am annoyed with a huge number of visitors. Thank you for corrections that are useful to me. Best regards, 5971mak

Teacher Ellie_P Thank you for kind words as always. I understand that I should have written gas station attendants. By the way, I am deeply concerned the rapid expansion of AI and machines that reduces human labor. Year after year, the number of job offers that hire regular workers clearly declines and instead more companies increase temporaly employees to save labor cost. As a result, when young adults want to get high-pay jobs, they need some special talents and skills before others. Before university graduation, those who hope to be hired by companies have to be proficient using computer and speaking in English. It is not easy for them to acquire but many of them challenge nowadays. Without limitation of the companies strategy to prioritize profits, they will struggle getting their jobs. Governments should take action balancing workers situation and companies profits. To sustain continuous economic growth, I believe that a fair share should be allocated by companies to workers. Thank you for corrections that are helpful to me. Best regards, 5971mak
