Such special arrangements were made, because the Tokyo municipality did not like to see them on the streets or beautiful stations. Not only homeless people but also old-fashioned houses or buildings are destroyed and replaced by shiny, brand-new and stylish buildings. Every place looks the same because of the Tokyo Olympics.
