Dear Ellie, Thank you for your careful amd detailed comments on and your example sentences in your words for each one very much. From your comments, I recognize my bad habits in writing, and from your examples, I can learn how the natives construct the sentences in order to express the same things. How helpful your comments are! I am looking forward to taking your lessons again! Best regards, Tinkle

Thank you for great sentences and telling me the meaning of the sentence I wrote was unclear. I didn't know that. I will check how to use the word 'factor' correctly.

Dear Ellie_P, Thank you very much for correcting my writing. Your explanations are easy understand to me, and alternative phrases are really useful! The tax system started in 2008 to revitalize rural areas, where are suffering from declining of tax revenue, because more and more young people are moving to urban areas. It means that we can pay some amount of tax to the municipality in our hometown instead of were we live. The delicacies I got in the past are fresh fruit, seafood, and so on. I think it is good because the local specialties get a lot of visibility. I'm looking forward to taking your lessons again! Best regards, sae

Thank you for your correction and your comments. Sorry that my sentense isn't clear. Actually, the dough did rise but it didn't become golden-brown. It was still white after 12 minutes passed. Though the color was not golden-brown, it was good and I enjoyed eating the bread.

Thank you for your correction and comments. It was also really helpful to me that you gave me other possible sentences. The book about sweets gives me origins (when and where that sweet started), changes, when it first came to Japan, how it is loved in Japan and in the world nowadays. The sweets picked up in the book are tart, torte, mousse, chocolate, biscuit and so on. It may be better to use "stories" than "history", as you corrected. The book is really interesting!

Thank you for your edtion and comment on my essay. I am glad I have found out you also like Vincent Van Gogh. It is a famous story that he was influenced Japanese wood printings. I wondered if it is better to say “ bring back memories of ” than “it reminds me of” as you corrected it.
