Despite his tipsy, he managed to do it finally. He was not addicted alcohol but a heavy drinker. I guess that he drunk too much welcome cocktails at waiting room. We must know the rhythm of social drinking.

Thank you for correcting in my English. I will take care of the sequence of tenses in English. By the way, I've lived here about 16 years, but I've never been Tokyo Disneyland(TDL). Because there are a lot of people at Mihama station every day, I suppose it is crowded as hell in TDL. I've been to Tokyo Disney sea(TDS) several times, it be relatively uncrowded than TDL and you can drink alcohol in TDS.
