Usually, the alerts was provided at the night before or the morning of the day so that those who receive messages can avoid strong heat which is common in the afternoon. However, there is a limitation of this program since the elderly are not familiar with usage of smartphones. In case of them, their families should take care of them to prevent heat stroke.
