Thank you for your explanation. I understood the use of "tons". Regarding "Korean" It was not Korean media. Since Korea was colonized by Japan, negative articles could not be written by Media. It was a rumor that people spoke on the street. Best regards

I'm very sorry that I had the mistake to use the word "social security." As you described, I wanted to mean social safety. Best regards.

Thank you for your helpful comments. By using the words "emotional act," I meant the animals' behavior like jumping, bawling, and so on. Best regards.

Thank you for your message. In reply to your question, "Tatsuo taught Teru Japanese and English." is correct. English have to carry lots of information in the sentence such as single or plural, the or a, and clearly object pronoun. Best regards

Dear Ellie I understood the use for "to exchange words". Thank you. " since Takashi started his memory and nothing done to Teru."means that "since as far back as I can remember. And Tatsuo had done nothing to Teru". So you are correct. In Japanese we often use" from when one started one's memory" instead of "from when one was baby". "Katsumi and Teru started talking about Tatsuo's memories." means " katsumi and Teru started talking about his episode when he was young and he hadn't suffered from speech impediment yet. So, Katsumi and Teru couldn't ask Tatsuo because he was critically ill and unconscious on the bed. He was about to die. Best regards.

Thank you very much for your reply. But since my English was not good enough, I might confused. " When he rushed by his grandfather's side at the hospital, he found his grandmother, Teru, sitting beside Tatsuo, who was laying on the bed; 「he squeezed his hand and they both began sobbing.」” Takashi was not the one who squeezed Tatsuo's hand. Tatsuo watched that Teru was squeezing Tatsuo's hand and crying . Takashi couldn't understand why Teru loved Tatsuo so much despite of being able to communicate well. Best regards

Dear Ellie As you can read the story's details later on, it is not letter or letters but it is a code of love letter. The paper, which is full of number, was given to Teru without saying anything by Tatsuo as Tatsuo had speech impediment. Th story is describing the process how Teru solve the code. In this case, which tittle is better? Best regards

Thank you for your helpful corrections. I have been to Athens once about 20 years ago. I remember that it was very safe and I could go out to take supper at night without any fear. Their open-air cafes and restaurants were marvelous. Foods were also so delicious. I'm very sorry that I heard there are some dangerous areas nowadays. Best regards.

I think the fumie, which is judging if they were converted to christianity or not, was only done in Nagasaki. I have traveled Goto islands of Nagasaki, where the location of Scorcese's Silence based on Endo Shusaku's novel and where there were many kakure Kirisitan. Kakure kirisitan and hidden Christianity is a same meaning I guess. Since they were said " hidden", where they lived is not easy to visit. Incredible thing is that the church they made after lifting the ban to believe in christianity is still remain there for more than 150 years. And that was built Japanese method. Because no one knows how to build churches properly. Those look church but structure is shrine. This is the same as the church I saw at southern Spain. Grand floor was a mosque but second floor is church. The reason behind this is that muslim people ware on the way to build a mosque as that was a muslim region but was suddenly invaded by christianity. Best regards

Thank you for your useful corrections. I meant kind of "too nervous" by writing "too sensitive". I would be wrong. Your writing "too harsh" would hit what I wanted to say. Best regards.
