I have visited many countries in Europe. Each country has its own unique beauty. I loved Budapest, Thessaloniki and Madrid. Vancouver and Seattle are also my favorites. Now I live in Madrid, Spain.

    The recipe of the rolled omelet To make the rolled omelet, we make an egg mixture with eggs, salt, and powdered bonito broth. We mix them well. Then, we heat the frying pan (We use a square pan), and pour some of the egg mixture into the frying pan. When it hardens, we roll it up. Then, we pour the next egg mixture. We repeat that until we use all the egg mixture. We put the rolled omelet on the cutting board and cut it.
