Country side in Europe is breathtakingly beautiful... I have been to a country side in Portugal (Evora, Alentejo), and I really loved there! I wish we could freely cross the borders and travel around the world as usual before... I am so glad that you get interested in edible insects!! Actually it is not only the way to make our lives sustainable in terms of natural environment. However, I strongly believe that what the earth will look like in the future is the result of our lives. If we fail to realize that our lives are not sustainable for the earth's ecosystem, then the way we, and the generations to come, see the earth will change negatively.
