The thing that I should pay attentionto is the amount of salt intake that is a chief culprit of hypertention and stroke. Since Japanese cuisine abuse salt to make dishes delicious, low salt cooking has become popular nowadays as Japanese society ages. Currently, many citizens aspire to be in good health in their old age and prefer putting healthy aging in practice to be productive. I am also active to having low-carb diet with healthy dishes like sea food and vegetables. Occasionally, sweets and oily dishes are insurmountable to indulging myself in eating them a lot. Before having these unhealthy dishes, I regurally make it custom that I eat one pint of tomato can before these high calorie items so that I can avoid taking too much calories.
