Teacher Ellie_P Thank you for kind words as always. Yes, we have Kyoto in Japan that are overcrowded by tourism besides Tokyo. Kyoto is very famous for a huge number of foreign travellers due to a variety of historical heritages such as shrines, temples, historical places, and beautiful nature. As Kyoto is the ancient capital city of Japan, there are many places that travellers enjoy visiting there. As a result of its popularity, it is common for Kyoto to have overtourism through a year, even in cold winter. Kyoto local government legislated by law to preserve ancient atmosphere, as a result, there are strict difficulty improving road and housing conditions. Even there are heavy traffic congestion, the by law stricltly require individuals and authority to get permission rebuilding roads from independent third organization to preserve historical mood of Kyoto. When an individual ignore the provision and built his house without permission, the authority demolished his newly constructed house since his house didn't fit the atmosphere. This instance shows all the rest. Kyoto has been sustaining the unique atmosphere of old capital, instead there are rampant traffic congengestions and crowd in whole area of Kyoto city. It is common for popular historical places to require visitors to get reservation with expensive entrance fee nowadays. Thank you for corrections that are useful to me. Best regards, 5971mak

Thank you for your feedback. As always, you offered me an alternative phrase for each sentence, which was very helpful! In Japan, a suicide rate is relatively high in Akita, and it is widely believed that its snowy weather and short summer partly cause this phenomenon. This makes me wonder how Finland has overcome its cold weather.

Teacher Ellie_P Thank you for kind words as always. I don't think that pitbulls are popular inJapan. In general, people prefer owning dogs that are gentle and lovely such as chihuahua and toy poodle. There are several fierce Japanese dogs like Akita dog and Shikoku dog, but the number of owners who own these dog species are limited because they are very strong and difficult pacifying their excitement. I also like owning a small dog that is cute because it is adorable and gives me a sense of happiness. Now I don't have a pet dog since I don't have spare time to take care of the dog. When I will be retired, I am going to have a small and lovely one to kill the time. Thank you for corrections that are helpful to me. Best regards, 5971mak

Teacher Ellie_P Thank you for kind words as always. The woman I know who broke the glass ceiling is Tokyo Governor Miss Yuriko Koike. Tokyo is the capital of Japan, and up until now the governor has always been a man, but she has overturned this social norm. I think that female enpowerment is profitable in society. Given the future that more people enjoy longevity, two bread winners in a household is a beneficial option to maintain household income for good. It is because couples will be able to help each other even if a spouse suffers from serious diseases and gives up working. Thank you for corrections that are helpful to me. Best regards, 5971mak

This point is completely different from chimpanzees, where the boss monkey rules the group. It is not yet known what separates the two. Teacher Ellie_P Thank you for your kind words as always. Depopulation is the most critical issue in Japan, whch is already starting devastation in countryside areas nationwide. Year after year, more comunities in rural areas face drastic decrease of the young, elevation of the elderly, and lackluster atmosphere due to closure of shops. No one can find the effective countermeasures yet. Many local governments in deserted communities are struggling. Thank you for corrections that are helpful to me. Best regards, 5971mak

Teacher Ellie_P Thank you for your kind words as always. There is no legal basis for school uniform in Japan. In general, many junior high schools and high schools require students to wear uniforms in their school regulations for the following reasons. It is expected to have the effect of strengthening the sense of solidarity among those wearing the same uniform, and increasing self-esteem, discipline, and loyalty. In addition, uniforms have the effect of curbing misbehavior outside of school. This is because when a student wearing a uniform commits delinquency, it is immediately obvious which school the student belongs to. Also, in the long run, it has the advantage that the cost of buying clothes is cheaper than buying casual clothes during school age. These are the advantages of wearing a school uniform despite a disadvantage that deter individual personality at some degree. Thank you for corrections that are useful to me. Best regards, 5971mak
