My hobbies are reading, going out with friends, watching movies and traveling. I grew up in Canada and moved to Greece when I was thirty years old. I have also visited the U.S.A many times. I have visited many countries in Europe. Each country has its own unique beauty. I loved Budapest, Thessaloniki and Madrid. Vancouver and Seattle are also my favorites. Now I live in Madrid, Spain.

I will respect your writing and try my best to correct it in a way that will benefit you and help you clarify those issues that you need to work on. I believe that words are very powerful and can change our lives as well as the world around us. Therefore, no matter what your writing goal is, my job is to help you reach it. I look forward to reading your work! Sincerely, Ellie

Thanks for your interesting idea about the Greeks. I wrote that "That fear may have remained in our DNA (corrected one)." but after reading your idea, I came to think like this. Generally speaking, children learn how to behave by watching their parents. If their parents go for the indirect way of communication, their children will do the same. The same goes for the Greeks. Maybe certain patterns of behavior are passed down to descendants. Anyway, this is a food for thought, thanks!

Thank you for correcting my essay. I could really learn a lot of new phrases. I really appreciate your advice about "using people", "the government of many countries" "the government around the glove". I will take care of them from next time. I will make an effort to write to improve my skill soon. Best Regard,

Dear teacher Ellie-P Thank you for your great teaching! I’m always pleased with your alternative text. It gives me a lot tips how to make up compositions. I’m sorry for the news in Greece, I was terribly heartbreaked to hear it. I hope that everything will be fine in near future. Thank you and kind regards, Pasery

Hi Ellie, Thank you for the comment. I cut the financial perspective on the issue intentionally because I think I consider it is an issue with ambivalent feelings rather than very common money vs emotion political story. Here is a comment from a web news coverage; Iwama Eiji(63), who has lost a classmate in that building, said, "It seems better to preserve it to keep the tsunami scare in people's mind, but I also feel like I want to forget it."

I have to keep working on how to use "article." I've been learning English for a long time, but I still have the trouble. I like your sample sentences, such as "My work does me a lot of good." I knew the phrase, "do someone good," but I didn't know in what situation I could use it. Thank you!

In Japan, people have to wait for 6 month after their publication and then borrow them free of charge at libraries. People who want to read asap will buy ones, others who can wait for 6 months will borrow books afterward. Within 50 words, I cannot explain the current situation surrounding publishing companies. The situation surrounding newspaper companies are the same. They cannot sell papers well, because people shift from printed ones to the website to get information. Quite honestly, it is much easier, faster and cheaper to get information than printed newspapers.

Buenas tardes Ellie, Gracias por todos. Habro Español un poquito. Me gusta la música de salsa y toco la trompeta en una banda latina. I want to visit España someday and try tapas in a bar. Ken

Thanks for your corrections. This question was fun to think of its answer, it was not easy, though. I also enjoyed your information on 'tapa.' It sounds nice to have a drink with good tapas.

Hi Ellie, Thank you for correcting my essay. Yes, I remember the accident. It was a heartbreaking tragedy. I am not such a brave person, but admire those who broaden horizon of mankind. I hope you have a good day, too! Ken
