Hi there! I'm Sara Rose from New York, specializing in helping learners with practical, real-life English, as well as all kinds of exam/test materials (Eiken, TOEIC/TOEFL, IELTS, etc.), cultural topics and current issues. I especially enjoy reading and explaining topics on travel, the U.S./UK, culture, news, history, music, art, fashion, and all things New York. You're welcome to send in your writing today on virtually any subject and I would gladly check and correct it for you! My proofreading focuses on natural-sounding English by using the most common, latest, or trending words/phrases/expressions, with some difficult/confusing grammar fully explained. If you are an administrative office person, a customer service rep, or a first-time international online shopper, I am here to help you write clear, courteous business email in English, especially for apparel and other general purchases. Looking forward to showing you how fun and rewarding it is to be able to communicate clearly in this universal language. Let's get started!

Dear SaraRoseNY, Thank you for your kind support. Specifically I like your assist at the second pragraph, and I first see "leeway". Same as you, yesterday my daugher asked me the meaning of one Emoji that a man shows his palm as if to stop someone and shakes his head from side to side. I answered it means "no" but her further question was "why "no"?". It is really good for me to re-learn and realized how much I don't know. Thanks again and wish your nice weekend! Best regards, MaiT

Dear SaraRoseNY, Thank you always for your kind assist. In Japan, we lose an average of 5% of the vote, and I think part of that is due to handwritten spelling errors. I hope a digital or online voting system will be imlepemted near future. Have a nice day! Best regards, MaiT

Teacher SaraRoseNY Thank you for corrections that are useful to me. Since many Japanese companies depend on economic state of the U.S., rapidly increasing amount of trade deficit can be a serious issue. If the deficit would not be reined, the U.S. dollar would devalue and their purchasing power weaken. As a result, the U.S. economy would get seriously harmed, resulting Japanese economy greatly damaged. Given the treaty of Mutual Corporation and Security between the U.S. and Japan, it is rational for the Japanese government to agree with the trade deal. Under the threat of growing China power, America and Japan should collaborate to protect democracy and human rights. Best regards, 5971mak

Teacher SaraRoseNY Thank you for corrections that are useful to me. Although I occasionally feel too much Japanese enthusiasm for cleanness in our daily life, it is one of the virtues in our culture. Every time when I hear foreigners confusing at travel spots, English guidance and instructions should be provided more by local authorities. As sharing Japanese culture like being tidy and keeping public places clean, it can make them have more cultural understanding. More English proficiency would be necessary among Japanese residents to boost Japan becoming one of the nations which attract a lot of foreign visitors. Best regards, 5971mak
