Many of them are said to have a problem to learn subjects despite of high school graduation. As smartphone has greatly increased, the young relying on their digital tools too much. As a result, they may lose acquiring essential capabities like communication, literacy, arithmetics, and a lack of resilience. In order to improve current situation of the young, schools should mandate Japanese proficiency test to students so that they can be aware of a lack of literacy in Japanese. As for "scalping", such behavior is now rampant to earn money from innocent individuals. The Japanese government should make a law to protect citizens from the predator. If users accessed online shopping sites like mercari, the company could require the users to upload their ID card such as driver licenses. This decision can expel the greedy scalpers to make the websites peaceful for innocent customers. Basically, smartphone screens are so small that users will have eye problems, neck injuries, a lack of concentration for assignments, and mental obsession of online communication. I am dubious why health authority gives warnings and caustions regarding smartphone abuse. Daily convinience may be comfortable in daily life, but its long-term overuse can cause serious troubles to them. As for the retaliatory tariff, Minister Akazawa, who is the representative of the Japanese government, never tried negotiating against President Trumpt's decision. Our government has always proposed a variety of investments to create more jobs for American residents. In return, Akazawa expects that President trump cut the rate for Japan.
