Thus, it was a traditional gender role that women have to stay at home and handle all house tasks. It was a just half-century common social norm. However, as more girls can have higher education, more female graduates tackle to work continuously after starting families. Current social situation in Japan is the result of tremendous effort by a lot of working female employees. I feel that female empowerment evolved our society and more wealth become available.
