However, many young adults heavily rely on its shortcut and seem to slack in many cases. While saving cost and time, they should be cautious for weakening their documentation skill. They should focus on something that they can continue being interested in. As a result, they should set goals that they want to become while they can have spare time. Since there is a labor shortage, I think it would be disadvantageous for them to keep changing jobs. By the way, today, the Japanese government announced to reform current immigration policy to establish Japanese version of green-card for economic migrants. Although the processing fee and procedures become having more steps, the revised system allow them to become residents in Japan. On the other hand, the government should boost diversity in our society. As we keep homogenous atmosphere, it will alienate newcomers from Japan.
