I love reading, cooking, sewing, walking, yoga and doing jazzercise. I am into nutrition and health and well-being. I have lived in France, Japan and England and travelled extensively around Europe and have also visited the USA, Canada, Thailand, Fiji, New Zealand, The Maldives and Micronesia.

Hello there! I have lived in Japan and also studied Japanese at University. I really enjoy meeting people from different countries and learning about their cultures.
