Thanks always. You are right. My last sentence is not clear. What I wanted to say is following: it was Friday evening, that's why my sons and I were a bit tired for tasks of weekday. I expressed this Friday as 'weekend', so you would be confused. That was my mistake, sorry.

Thank you very much for the impressive correction. Your explanation easily got across to me because it is very clear. I actually reached the writing score in IELTS exam required to apply for the courses by inches. (I am sorry for using the ambiguous word "barely", and I've learned this word could be taken in the opposite way! I need to learn more haha) Anyway, think you for your great work:)

Dear Carolyn sensei, Thank you for giving helpful comments to my sentences. I noticed that I must pay attentions for the usage of articles. My sentences are often pointed out that they contain wrong usage of articles. Japan are behind with organizing places where both smokers and non-smokers feel confortable. I wish I were in Australia! Have a wonderful weekend. Gluecklich

Hi Carolyn, Happy Friday! Thank you for your feedback! I'm feeling that I'm improving a bit. Regarding the second paragraph 2), There's a law when the female member of the Japanese Royal family get married, their status becomes a normal citizen. So they won't be allowed to attend any event as a member of the imperial family. Such a silly law! Thanks again. Have a lovely weekend! Kat

Dear Carolyn sensei, Thank you for reading my sentences. Sorry for this late reply. Your comments are understandable. Next time I will write being careful, so that I don't make spelling misses. See you soon. Gluecklich

Hi Carolyn, Thank you for your feedback. It's really clear to me. Yes, my son's school doesn't allow kids to bring eggs, fish and honey (!) for their snacks and lunch, as well. It's still hard work to get rid of these foods when I make riceballs for him. Articles are a cause of headache... I will check google later. Thank you for letting me know! I will send through another essay tonight or first thing tomorrow morning. Thank you again for your time. Kind regards, Kat
