My English language goal this year is shaped around "conversation building": both for me as a personal goal and as a teacher for you. What does this mean? Conversation building means the ability to start a conversation or a story; maintain the flow in a natural matter; extend the conversation or story through introduction of new ideas; look for any misunderstandings that could arise; and to close out or end the conversation or story politely, and summarised with your point of view. Conversation building can strengthen language skills, and in turn, confidence. Thank you for viewing my profile. My philosophy is to never change your "voice" or point of view, but to review your English writing for natural English expression. I provide a discussion style feedback so that the context of any changes is understood. It is always a privilege to review English writing as I appreciate the effort that has been applied.
Hobbies / favorite countries / countries visited: I love travel and learning about different cultures. I always attempt to learn a little of the language of the country I am visiting, and to engage with locals. I am fascinated by dynamic cities, ancient ruins, the charm of historic towns, and of course, natural beauty: the ocean, the mountains, and all the different animal species that inhabit our earth.
Approach to corrections: “Each word you learn adds a brushstroke to the canvas of communication" It is through reading that we nourish ourselves, observe the world around us, and in turn, become a keener and more critical writer. I am very happy to provide a comprehensive style text correction, and I am pleased and supportive to help you on your English language journey, at whatever point that may be. My philosophy is never to change your "voice", but to enhance and polish your writing, while always retaining your style and point of view. The nuance of a word (that is, the subtle or small difference a word makes) is important to me. I will always try and seek out the meaning of the work given to me, and reflect the best choice of word for the occasion. I always think it doesn't matter how small the question is, nevertheless it is valid and important. I am always learning myself, and continually querying and checking my own work. I have worked with academics, business professionals, and students, and gain so much enjoyment seeing people progress with their goals, and the satisfaction they achieve. My love for the written form, no matter what language, is why I have chosen my profession. I wish you every encouragement!

Thank you so much for your corrections and explanations! According to the 1st sentence, I learned the difference between "fall over" and "fall down." I will use each of them properly in my future diary entries. Also I learned that it is better to split one sentence into two if it contains two different thought. Best regards.
