I provide clear and simple explanations to help you understand your mistakes and express yourself more naturally and confidently in English. I enjoy helping students see their progress over time. I have been living in Japan for over 10 years and speak Japanese at a business level, so I understand the common challenges Japanese learners face. I can explain English grammar in a way that is easy to understand, especially in comparison to Japanese. I aim to create a friendly and comfortable environment where you can learn at your own pace and feel supported throughout your progress. Hobbies/Travel: In my free time, I enjoy cooking and baking, especially trying new recipes and improving my skills. My favorite dish to cook is lasagna, and I also love baking chocolate bread. I also enjoy reading, and my goal each year is to read at least 52 books. So far, my favorite authors are Kazuo Ishiguro and Umberto Eco. My favorite country is, of course, Japan. I have been living here for over 10 years and really enjoy the culture, food, and daily life. I especially love visiting hot springs and exploring different areas of Japan.

I focus on helping you see your mistakes and learn how to express your ideas more naturally. I will correct grammar, sentence structure, and word choice, and I also provide suggestions to make your writing sound more natural and fluent. I give plenty of examples to help you understand each correction, and I will also point out what you should review so you can continue improving after each lesson. I try to explain corrections in a simple way so you can apply what you learn to future writing. Because I understand Japanese, I can also explain differences between English and Japanese when helpful. Please feel free to send your writing at any level. I will support you at your own pace and help you build confidence step by step.
