Announcements
I really enjoy working with people, not only by teaching them, but also by learning from them. Every student is a different individual, therefore a new story to read, new things to learn. I have been teaching adult students for over 20 years, covering all levels of the language, from the beginner's to CAE and TOEFL exams. At the same time, I covered Business and Legal English for specialized courses, since I am a Certified Court Interpreter. Long time ago I was a student of English myself and I am still aware of the importance of a teacher's good approach to students. This is the reason why I always do my best to make my students feel comfortable in communication with me; I try to transfer my knowledge through explaining their mistakes in a friendly manner, thus they would not feel like being in a traditional school. I really appreciate the time that my students devote to learning English and their progress is my greatest reward.
Hobbies/Travel
I love travelling, but so far I have only visited European countries which I really love: Italy, Spain, Greece, Great Britain, Hungary, Austria, France and Turkey. These cultures are in some way similar to mine, but each of them is fascinating in its special way (food, fashion, history). I am a new fan of Moto GP and Formula 1, so some of my travels included going to races, but only in my neighbouring countries (I live in Serbia, so Italy and Austria are a logical choice). One of my favourite Formula 1 drivers is Yuki Tsunoda and Japanese race at Suzuka is a special treat for every Formula 1 fan. The way Japanese spectators greet and support the drivers is amazing, and the number of fans at that race is something really fascinating. I admire the discipline and perfect organisation, but that is the way I see Japan - as a perfect place to live.
Message from the instructor
I am not a strict person and I would like everyone to feel comfortable in communication with me. I always do my best to be clear in my explanations, concise and precise. At the same time, I try to keep as much of the written text as possible: I believe that the most imoprtant thing is to respect the student, to draw their attention to problematic spots and help them overcome every difficulty in the easiest way possible. I am a disciplined and responsible person, so my students can always expect my feedback in due time, with detailed explanations, a lot of new examples to clarify the matter further and help them fully understand everything. The student is the most important - the student's progress is my greatest reward.
