Certifications: I have nearly 20 years of working with non-native speakers of all levels. I have helped students in a variety of ways, be it; preparing for study abroad, travel, business, and or every day use.
Announcements: I have no long term travel plans at the moment. If of course I should go on vacation I will give plenty of notice beforehand.
Hobbies/Travel: My hobbies include playing tennis and watching movies. I especially like classic Hollywood movies from the 1940s-1950. I also love to travel. I have visited the United States, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Hong Kong, Mexico and Sri Lanka. I had planned to visit Croatia last year but then COVID-19 occurred. The country I enjoyed visiting the most, however, was Italy, which is where my family is originally from.
Message from the instructor: My goal is to help my students improve their English proficiency when it comes to their writing. I do this of course by focusing strongly on the correct use of grammar forms. I also like to direct my students towards using more natural forms of English, which allows them to develop a style of their own with which they can feel confident about over time.
