趣味・好きな国・訪問した国: I enjoy taking courses, reading and listening to podcasts on a range of topics, particularly on self-development and creative writing. I love creative journaling, it's part of my daily routine. I'm a student of philosophy and enjoy discussing various topics with my learning group. Qi Gong and walking are my favourite forms of exercise. I am lucky enough to have lived and worked in both South Africa and Nepal. I have also travelled at different times in my life, I am always interested to learn about other cultures and lifestyles and appreciate the scenery wherever I go. My travel highlights have been visiting Macchu Picchu in Peru and the amazing views of the Himalayas when I was living in Nepal.
