Dear Julia Vivian, Thank you very much for your correction! I have kept calling soft serve ice cream "soft serve". I guess that people who listened to the words complemented the latter words "ice cream" in their mind. Again, I really appreciate your help as always! Best regards, Ayako Nara

Dear Ms. Julia Vivian, Thank you very much for your revision and your detailed comment for my previous message. Please don't apologize for it. What I wanted to say is that Japanese cafe is different from the cafe in Europe. We have so much cafe, but most of them don't serve alcohol beverages. I remember that I was surprised to see that people ordered alcohol in a cafe in a movie or a TV show. I don't know why Japanese cafe don't serve alcohol, but I suspect that there are some regulations to serve alcohol to customers. I believe that the cafe has a long history and unique culture in European big cities such as Paris or London. I don't drink alcohol so much, but I love to visit the cafe in Europe some day. Best wishes,
