Some of them are designated as a world heritage or national treasures. I think the most famous Japanese castle is Himeji Castle, which is registered as a world heritage. It is a beautiful and giant castle, and has a long history. Other than that castle, some castles are famous and attract tourists. However, I can't figure out what castle is the one in the picture!
