Dear Micaela, Thank you very much for your correction and kind message! Here's another story of smart idea from a book about customer service. There was a hotel on a mountain that had hot springs in the garden. Their guests had kept complaining against a long steps to the hot springs from the hotel entrance, because it was very tiring. Since a manager put a sign by the steps, guests have never complained about the inconvenience at all. The sign says, "Path to health." I also like this story very much. Again, I really appreciate your help as always. Best regards, Ayako Nara
