I have been very fortunate to have travelled to many different countries during my time as teacher. Some of my favourite moments are snorkelling with a whale shark in the Indian ocean, seeing a pride of lions in the early morning mist in Hwange game park in Zimbabwe and walking in the foothills of the Himalayas.

I have now returned to my home country, Wales, and love the mountains and beaches. I am getting used to the UK weather again but rain, sun, wind and changing temperatures all in one day can be quite difficult! My twin sons live and work in London , so I try to see them as often as possible.

Thank you for your detailed comments!! Your explanations about how to use a word "trend" and a phrase "take root" are very helpful. I used the phrase of "take root" with a image that the root of a plant is growing in the earth day by day. That's why I chose "gradually". I really appreciate your kindness every time! Thank you!!

Now I understand I need to choose different verbs depending on the cooking procedures. (Come to think of it, we also have many verbs to describe cookery method in Japanese. I have a lot of words to learn!) Yes, I think I steamed the cake.

Thank you very much for your kind explanation. I've never heard of "flexitarianism". And your lecture about "much" "a lot" and how to use the word of "longevity" is quite helpful!!
