Thank you so much for your corrections and explanations! I think it is far more difficult for foreigners to read and write Japanese language than to listen and speak it because of Kanji. We always use both Hiragana and Kanji in written sentences. One character of Kanji usually has several pronunciations :( Best regards.
Thank you so much for your corrections and explanations! Japanese language consists of three types of characters; Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji. Both Hiragana and Katakana consist of 50 characters. I, and maybe almost all Japanese people, don't know how many Kanji characters exist. There are so many Kanji characters that even Japanese people don't know all of them.
