With a passport full of stamps and a heart full of wonder, I'm a travel enthusiast who's been fortunate enough to explore over 19 incredible countries in just five years. From the vibrant streets of Southeast Asia – Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, the Philippines, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Myanmar – to the majestic landscapes and diverse cultures of India, Pakistan, and Nepal, and the warmth of Africa – Uganda and Kenya – I've also had the privilege of discovering the beauty of Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. More recently, I've fallen in love with South America, immersing myself in the rich cultures of Argentina, Ecuador, and Colombia, where I'm currently based. But beyond the breathtaking scenery, it's the people I've met along the way who have truly made each journey unforgettable – their kindness, generosity, and smiles leaving an indelible mark on my heart. Next stop? The United States in December, where I'll reunite with loved ones and create new memories. When I'm not globe-trotting, you can find me making music on my violin and piano or dancing with my favorite partner – my husband.

Susanna, thank you for your understanding in my writing. I know all tutors here strive to interpret the user’s writing, except for English advanced learners. I appreciate it. As for me, I sometimes feel hard to be conscious of the number of words while I am writing in submission box. This is my very first time to economize my words. Lol However, I am not good at expressing briefly, so it can be my good practice, I think. Speaking of which, I’ve heard that if a person visit India, the person’s view of life changes. How was India like in your perspective ? Was there any impressive matters in India ? India is one of the place where I wanna go once, though. Plus, my best friend’s daughter got married a man who is from Nepal ten years ago. They have built a good family in Japan. I will still keep going on writing here when I hit on ideas. Maybe they are still about my pen paling life. Best regards, Miseol

Hi, Thank you for your feedback, Susanna. I was thinking you two were newlyweds. I’m happy to hear that you’re the same generation as mine. I’m 58. I work at a golf country course in Mie prefecture in Japan. I enjoy learning English during work. I am always alone at my work place, so I can sometimes text even during work. I’m blessed with job. ;) By the way, I reconfirmed one of my penpal’s writing, after your correction about position of comma. She did put commas directly to the phrases for sure. I didn’t care so much about the position of commas, but you pointed out that in detail. You give me lots of realizations. I was putting commas at random, but there is a rule, right ? As you know, I have a few pen pals, but they don’t correct my English as they think it’s rude to correct my letters that I wrote hard to them. I don’t wanna have them do that, too. The form of relationship is different. So, that’s okay. I regard IDIY as an insurance for my English. Is my perspective funny ? :) I guess IDIY is becoming my strong ally for improving my English skills. And also, I am enjoying communicating with you in the message box, not only having you fix my English. You fix my paragraphs and give me any suggestions in my writing without breaking my context. That’s what I’m glad the most. Thanks, Have a nice travel ! Miseol Your suggestions and corrections are

Susanna, Thank you for your feedback. I am really thankful for your message. It calmed my feelings. Good to know that you’ve learned through meditation, and it seems to calm you. :) Honestly, I recently feel responsible for writing to people overseas even though I enjoy exchanging messages with my pen pals. They are all genuine and honest with me. I often laugh so hard while reading their messages. They bring me a lot of fun and dramas, which are much more interesting than the cheap soap operas everywhere. However, I recently feel responsible for writing to them, not only caring about my English mistakes. They know I’m not a advanced learner ,so they understand me to a certain extent even if I express something in odd English phrases. So, it’s not a big problem, though. I was sometimes confused about if my purpose will be improving my English skill through correspondence , or just communicating with people from different countries in English. It’s sometimes confusing about my purpose. In the middle of the correspondence with them, I’ve felt so. Initially, I started to be in correspondence to improve my English skill, but it’s going to be the opposite of my first purpose. People gradually get used to be with each other over time ,but if we don’t balance well among the relationship, the connection would break away, I think. I sometimes feel awkward when I write to one person for some reason. It might mean that I should stop writing anymore. I know what “two sides of the same coin “ means, so I might have to be patient for a while. I am asking myself about it now. To balance is always needed everywhere. Sorry. I might have rambled too much. You’re like a consultant for me. Lol. Thank you for listening to my moan. Your corrections and support help me a lot ! Thanks, Miseol
