* Please note that I am on leave for a few days and will return on Tuesday 3rd May. Thank you * I really enjoy working for IDIY as an English teacher. I am passionate about languages and respect and admire the enthusiasm and dedication of Japanese learners, who I find to be polite, thoughtful, determined, and hard-working. I return my orders within 12 hours, and often much sooner. I know how frustrating it can be to wait for a corrected document when you have deadlines to meet, so I always aim to return a very natural-sounding version of your writing, taking time over detail and with consideration for your audience and the nature of your document. I have a few regular customers with whom I enjoy exchanging short messages in the message box. I love to learn about Japanese culture and very much hope to visit Japan one day. I would love to be able to help you with your English! Best wishes, Catherine

My hobbies are running, cycling, walking and cooking. I also love to travel and experience different cultures, lifestyles and languages. I have visited Canada, America, South Africa, Thailand, Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Switzerland, Andorra and Holland. I would love to visit Australia, New Zealand and Japan! I also love to spend time with my family and explore France, where we moved to in 2014. I am married with two children, we have two cats and we live in a very beautiful and rural area in the South of France. In July 2021 we will be moving back to England.
添削へのこだわり・メッセージ
I pride myself on my accuracy when correcting orders. I love to analyse languages and understand the etymology of words. I aim to correct orders in the most natural style possible so that you can learn to write and speak English as a native speaker.

I’m so sorry for the late reply... You are so kind! Your checking was not late!! I’m good thanks:) Oh, it must be amazing your 18th birthday !! I’ve never known the word ‘sequel’. And I’m glad that you understood my last sentence:) That’s perfect!! Oh, do you like my avatar? I’m glad that I’ve heard of it:) This is Amabie-Nebuta. Amabie is Japanese monster who saves us from some virus. Nebuta matsuri is a Japanese famous festival in Aomori prefecture and Nebuta is used in the festival. Actually, it was canceled this year so people live in Aomori make this. And I bought this. Thank you for your checking:)

Dear Catherine, Thank you very much for your correction and kind message! Fortunately, the Zoom party was very fun and enjoyable. She had been staying at home for two months without teaching job; she was less stressful and she had nothing to relieve or let out. We only talked about fun topic. Stress makes people different. In the future, I would like to see more people whom I had not contacted with for a long long time through this kind of party. I really appreciate your help as always. Best regards, Ayako Nara
