Since Japan is a super-aging society, our national budget has showcased a larger portion year after year while cutting budgets for education, cultural activities, and science. A half century ago, the amount of medicine and social welfare was $ 20 billion ( 15%) of the national budget, on the other hand, the budget of education, cultural activities, and science was $ 18 billion (13.5%). On the last year, due to drastically advanced a nation's age, $ 240 billion (33.5%) was allocated for the national security and the budget for education, cultural activities, and science was reduced $ 34 billion (4.7%) to compensate for a lack of money for the national security. The Japanese government clearly explains the increase of the social security is now a kind of crisis that may collapse in the near future. So I wrote my essay that illustrates our current social circumstance with a real. Although your hybrid approach is understandable, aging society doesn't allow governments to take such rational policies.
