Thank you for your edition. Cherry blossoms have just started to bloom in my town. As I was often absent from town meetings, I was usually not sure about topics of the meetings. So I guessed myself that today’s main purpose was to choose board members, but It was my misunderstanding and I knew the board members were already decided when attending it. So it is not strange that board members were decided because I did not know that as I was often absent from the meetings.
