Hi, my name is Lea and I am a 46-year-old guy from a lovely city called Gloucestershire which is in the southwest of the United Kingdom. Gloucestershire is in the heart of the Cotswolds and is famous for the crazy cheese rolling event that happens yearly. Since leaving college in 1992 I have been in the electrical business in a managerial role and have studied electronics, health and safety and human resources. In 2012, I studied English and succeeded in an English TESOL course with Global English. Since passing my course I have been experiencing teaching English online and it has been one of the most enjoyable and rewarding jobs of my career. I started teaching in the classroom in the north of Thailand and trained over 2500 students in the English program which consisted of English, Maths, Science, Geography and PE. So far I have taught English to students worldwide and I have met some passionate, friendly and intelligent students who dream of speaking fluent English. I have taken over 40,000 online classes meeting around 30,000 people. I am an enthusiastic individual who enjoys speaking to people and likes to encourage and bring the best out of everyone. I love all types of sport; love to keep fit and healthy and I love travelling and foreign food. I look forward to meeting you and encouraging you to become more confident and fluent in your English learning journey, with writing, using vocabulary, expressions and colourful English language.

I love football, I support Manchester United and I go to watch them when I have spare time. I like swimming and try to swim at least 2km every day. I love other sports such as rugby and like to keep fit and visit the gym. My main hobby is travelling and I have been all over the world, the only continents I haven't visited are Australia and Antarctica. in 2016, I visited Brazil for the 2016 Rio Olympics working as an English broadcaster reporting the games in English through an app back to mainland China. I lived in Thailand for eight months of the year teaching and then lived in England, and Spain, for the rest. My favourite films are Taken and Castaway. My favourite book is the Harry Potter collection.
添削へのこだわり・メッセージ
I like to encourage students as much as possible, I am here to help and I want to get the best out of our customers. I want them to feel comfortable working with me and students must never get upset by my corrections, they are there to help, I never want to embarrass the student or make them feel they have lost confidence in carrying on learning the subject. I like to make correcting tactful. I am here to help you succeed in speaking, writing, listening and thinking in a good standard of English. I will teach you all the important things about the English language, this will include tenses, sentence order, spelling, expressions, phrasal verbs, idioms and word usage. I will teach you phrases that we use in our everyday language. This will help you communicate in English with friends, in conversations, or on the internet, or even to be successful in getting employment.

Dear Leahook, Thank you for your kind message. As you said, the cherry blossoms are in full bloom in Tokyo. I'm very happy to hear that you enjoyed the cherry blossoms in Ueno Park. It is one of the most popular place to see them. Additionally, I recommend you Chidorigafuchi near Imperial Palace in the cherry blossoms season. I hope that you will enjoy them in the future. I think AI English teacher can make sentences as a reply to me but there is no heart and soul in the message. I appreciate that you give me eagerness for learning English. Best regards, Yujin

Thank you for your edition. Cherry blossoms have just started to bloom in my town. As I was often absent from town meetings, I was usually not sure about topics of the meetings. So I guessed myself that today’s main purpose was to choose board members, but It was my misunderstanding and I knew the board members were already decided when attending it. So it is not strange that board members were decided because I did not know that as I was often absent from the meetings.

Dear leahook, Thank you very much for your informative corrections and comments. This is my first trial of the IDIY service, and I found that it would be worth practicing periodically to improve my writing skill. Since preposition and article are my weakness, corrections by native speakers is very helpful. I hope to communicate with you again sometime in the future. Best wishes, Cima

Dear Leahook, Thank you so much for your quick reply and I agree with your opinion. As you said, computer programming will be "a" compulsory skill in the future, because there are other skills that we should get, such as critical thinking, having good communication, and understanding diversity. My mistake is not only a grammatical error but also misrecognition of facts. Anyway, your comments gave me a lot of instructions and inspiration. Thank you again and have a great day. Best regards, Yujin
