Dear EigoPoint, I see, you live in Japan. Living near a river is nice having a good view and lots of nature, but..... Maybe, you know,,, an underground parking sank under water because of heavy rain in Yokkaichi city. The lower floor fully sank and more than 200 cars were damaged. I've never heard such story before.
