Hobbies/Travel
I love to travel and learn about new cultures and meet new people. I have been to Japan twice, including Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, Naruto and Tokushima. I have also visited Russia, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Holland, Greece, Turkey, Hungary, Slovakia, Canada and America and Ireland. My favourite country to visit is Italy, as I love the food! I love going for walks in the countryside and aqua fit. I also enjoy reading, and my favourite authors are Peter May and Dorothy Koomson, but I enjoy most well-written novels. However, my favourite thing is spending time with my family, and I have a grown-up son who spent two years as a JET in Naruto.
Message from the instructor
Dear IDIY customer, I would welcome the opportunity to help you correct your text. I am a native English speaker and have lived in England, United Kingdom all my life. I am educated to post-graduate level, so have an excellent command of the English language. I have also passed my TEFL Certificate and have been an English Instructor for 5 years. I am a more mature teacher, so I hope this will show in my correction style, as I will be very thorough and help you to improve your understanding of the English language. I look forward to working with you in the near future and wish you all the best. Kind regards, Dee

Hi Dee, Thanks for your correction and some options. I didn’t know that we call “30 minutes after midnight” 0:30, zero-thirty. Japan’s English education sometimes lacks the important things we use in daily life. Thank you very much. I hope you will help me again. Until next time. Best regards, Sally

Hi Dee, Thank you for your correction and suggestions. They are really helpful. I appreciate your service. Telling uncountable nouns from countable nouns is really difficult, likewise definite articles. That’s because Japanese grammar doesn’t have those rules. I wonder when I can learn English. But I will do my best and keep on studying on IDIY. I hope you will help me again. Thank you! Sincerely yours, Sally
