Dear HelpfulBrit, hello again. You planted corms of De Caen anemone. I googled the plant. They have beautiful and gorgeous flowers. A decade ago, I planted Anemone corms, but, they didn't survive to the next year. I remember that the shape of the corm is strange and looks like old shrunk garlic. It's interesting that they need to be planted like an upside down garlic. Japanese Anemone is blooming white now in my yard. They are popular flowers in autumn. 'A free journalist' isn't correct in English, has to be 'a freelance journalist.' In Japan people use this word, 'free journalist' in Japanese. Some Japanese words are originated from an English word. They are confusing for me. Thank you for telling me. See you next time. Yoko

Dear Helpfulbrit, The clause, " I really enjoyed life there." that you wrote must be, I think, sounding natural, thank you. I think it's a long way to go for me to be able to write like this. I have to learn little by little. I appreciate it for your detailed alternation. Thank you for telling me about your garden. I have irises in my yard that look like Dutch irises. My neighbor gave me the irises and he didn't know the name. I googled "wallflower". It's funny. The first one is "a person who has no one to dance with or who feels shy, awkward, or excluded at a party." Actually, it's a plant with pretty yellow flowers. Bye for now, Yoko

Hello, HelpfulBrit, How are you? I like the corrections and the phrases you replaced with my writings. Especially, " I would go only as far as to say...." Your comments are all nice and kind enough to greatly encourage me. Thank you. You remember I love to take care of the plants in my yard. This summer was extremely hot and stayed longer than usual. Just recently, I feel nice and cool winds blowing early in the morning. I have started working in the yard, that's fun. I see many little sprouts and fresh green leaves come out. During the summer they have been waiting for the right season, as either did I. Take care and see you next time. Yoko
