Although people are well-informed aout the deterioration of nature by plastic wastes, disposable plastic bags are still common due to their convenience. To change current circumstances, the government should obligate stores to sell a one-time palstic bags for 100yen per bag. Currently, it costs only 5 - 6 yen a bag, but the price doesn't make sense when we consider nature protection.
