I've finally understood how to use the word of "staff," after confirming it in my dictionary. It's treated as a collection of people!! I should have learned in the past but totally forgot about it until you patiently corrected it several times. The Japanese equivalency "スタッフ" can be used for a single person, so I took it wrong... I'll be careful about it from now on, but anyways thank you so much :-)
