趣味・好きな国・訪問した国
I have many hobbies, including caring for my cats and dogs, gardening, fishing and bush walking. I presently live in the far South East of South Australia in a National Park area among the kangaroos and koalas, also near the beach, where I go whale watching. I have lived in Scotland, England and Australia. I love traveling and have also been to several overseas places, including Malaysia and New Zealand. I have stayed in most Australian states and visited, the Great Barrier Reef, Cairns, Townsville, Magnetic Island, The Great Ocean Road, Sydney and Coffs Harbour, Melbourne and Adelaide. My favorite country would be Scotland, because I was born there and belong to the clan Gunn. My ancestors include the vikings and Olaf the Black especially.
添削へのこだわり・メッセージ
I do three things when I correct a customer's text:- Firstly, I let the writer know exactly which aspects of the text were well written. Giving recognition for good skills will give the writer encouragement to keep doing the right things with their writing. Secondly, I give quality and accurate correction with clear explanations, so the writer can see what may need to be changed and why it will be more naturally English to make the changes. Thirdly, I provide the writer with examples and ideas to improve their writing in a kind and gentle manner, so they will not have hurt feelings or become discouraged in their writing, but rather be uplifted and keen to improve and grow in their understanding and knowledge of the English language. This means both simple natural alternatives and complex expressions with idiomatic sayings can be requested. Every writer is very special to me, and every piece of writing will be treated with the respect and accurate care it deserves to have. I have been helping many students, both young people still in schools as a teacher and more mature adult students at the university for over 40 years. My knowledge of accuracy in business letters and correspondence is excellent, as I have also worked in accounting for manufacturing businesses with a strong customer focus. I believe in building trust and respect between us, so I can help you to reach your full potential and achieve your best.

Thank you for your feedback. It’s nice to have someone who rephrase my words, like mom rephrases her kids’ words and correct mistakes. Also to be exposed to English helps a lot. Have a nice day!

Hello teacher Joyce, I apologize that I put by mistake "bright laughter" in both of positive and negative sounds. I was going to write "crashing glass" or something instead.. it might have confused you, but you understand otodama really correctly, thank you. Fake laughter definitely emits negative vibration. You would never know how much I enjoyed and learned from your "altenative". On reaging it, I could not stop emitting shouts again and again in low voice ( there were some people around me). Many inactive words in my vocabulary turned familiar and active to me, like "term", "describe (with an inanimate subject!)","distinctive","emission","whereas". They are now ready to be used in me. Your lively words choice such as "cat purring", "uplifting to our soul", "surround me with", stimulated me a lot. My English vocabulary is elementary school level, but someday I would like to get to be able to describe things like you. Hundreds stars, thanks and reagrds, moet

Thank you for your feedback. I didn't know that "to carry cash" is a common expression. Also I didn't know that "make" is used as a verb for "cashless payment". I will keep working on it! Thanks.

Hello teacher Joyce, Not only your kind explanation about my mistakes and gramatical rules, you gave me the natural alternative..! Oh, it begins indirect speech! and indeed, it's more simple and easy to understand! Oh, " hardly"!! I hardly use this word but I see, would like to get used to :) Oh, " glowing" is one of my favorite words I recently learned. I like using this word here! Thank you so much for your suggestion and for your time! I have experience asking some teachers on IDIY for drastic change even if my sentences are not so bad. They kindly did it per my request, I could get their suggetions. But the problem was that l had no idea how correct or not the original was.. That's why recently I couldn't write that the drastic change is very welcome for me in the message to teachers. I really touched by your thoughtfulness as much as ten stars, IDIY only has 5 stars though. Thank you again teacher Joyce and see you soon :) moet
