I mixed up the adjective independent and the noun independence. Also, you corrected "Since children were born, they are taught a lot of things..." to "From the moment they are born, children are taught many things..." This is interesting for me because I have never though like "it's better to name the subject of the sentence in the main clause". You used to karaoke every Friday night, hahaha!! Sounds great!! The closest karaoke bar I often go have closed because of the virus....ohhhh... A song I enjoy singing is the song from Japanese anime Evangelion. This Anime is quite old one, so you may not know.
