講師からお知らせ: Hello everybody, my name is Jelena, but people also call me Jenny. As someone who has been studying English since I was 6 years old, I have gained great amount of knowledge on the language which I had the opportunity to use in USA, both for work and traveling. I have been an online English teacher for almost ten years so I have a lot of experience in English correction (oral and written). Since most of my students are children (ages 5 to 17) the correction style they benefited from the most was explaining grammar rules through examples. Grammar can sometimes be difficult or simply boring, so using examples, especially examples that are familiar to them or reflect their lives, has really been helping towards them understanding English language better. My work schedule at IDIY is: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
趣味・好きな国・訪問した国: My hobbies during winter are mostly indoor hobbies. I like to read English and French literature, watch movies and cook. I even made several Japanese dishes and my husband loved them! My hobbies during summer, spring and autumn are more outdoor. My husband and I spend our summers in my father's house in the village where we have a garden. There is also a lake nearby and we go to swim there. We also have a dog named Ike. Ike is very energetic dog so we walk him three times a day. I like traveling as well. Sadly, since COVID 19 we haven't traveled as much as we wanted to but I hope that will change in the future. Since I am from Europe, I have visited many European countries: Greece, Italy, Spain, Germany. I also traveled to and worked in USA. My favorite country is definitely Italy, I like everything there: food, art, language, architecture and people. I would definitely recommend visiting this country to anybody.
