Hi Isabel, Thank you for your decent corrections. I've learned a lot of vocabulary. - enough of (noun ) -be concerned about Ukraine being attacked and the world being split in two halves - (place ) where S+V ・・・always S+V after where -There are a wide variety of ferries and boats whereby people commute to the main island in Vancouver. You helped me so much. Thank you again. I will try to use these expressions soon in the future lessons. Take care ! Yukiko
Hi Isabel, Finally, I caught up with my backlogs after busy holidays...hahaha... In this lesson, I noticed there're some cultural differences for expressing something. As Japanese is not direct generally, we prefer to use " would" every time. Hence, I will perhaps be lost in the future again, even though I understood what you mean in this moment. Then help me again... Other than that, I've learned a wide variety(diversity / assortment ) of new vocabulary. In terms of " to lessen environmental footprint ", I felt informed to notice the necessity of "lesson" therein. Thank you for all your kind responses and your patience to stick to proofread my scattered writing. Yukiko
Hi Isabel, I'm so sorry to give you stars late. I've learned a lot from you, especially the structure using "The more (adj) S+V, the more (adj)S+V". As you told me, my sentences tend to be complicated due to the length, so I will pay attention to be shorter splitting away, and put sometimes the same word to clarify my intention. Whistler is said as a nice resort! Can you do skiing? I did a lot when I was child, but I miss out on the opportunity year by year. I probably need to practice it on gentle slop.... (^^;; ) Take care ! Yukiko
Hi Isabel, How're you doing? Here holidays are over and I can spend much more time studying English. From your corrections, I've learned how to use the expressions " be vulnerable to something" and " experience (of ) verb+ing " which are reusable soon. Thank you. According to your latest comment, I picked some words drawing the inspiration from Canada. Log houses / Niagara falls / Maple Syrup / Canadian Rockies / Cosmopolitan / Ice Hokey / Celine Dion / Avril Lavigne / Keanu Reeves / Anne of Green Gables / the 2nd biggest country in the world.....etc. Personally, I love Canadian who are more modest, frugal, and better at complimenting the others than people living in US. : ) I will review others now. See you later! Yukiko
It was easy to understand. Thank you for explaining in detail! ARIGATOU!

Hello Ms. Isabel, Thank you for your advice!
Hi Isabel, Yes, so did I. I understand how your boyfriend thinks, but still I’d like him to watch it for not only having sympathy but also feeling importance of life in his peaceful world as you’ve already known. I’m in the same on the same page about traveling. I hope that the restrictions and our concerns fly away soon ! A tough moment now, but I think I’m lucky and happy I can talk with you. Take care of yourself. Yukiko
Hi Isabel, Thank you for your meticulous corrections. They were so helpful, and I noticed my weakness is how to use "passive-style" and "active-style" in the sentence. In directly translated Japanese, we say often " The world is responding to the global warming with SDGs ", but now I know it is incorrect in English. It will probably be " We are responding to the global warming with SDGs in the world."...right? In short, I need to think the subject can be able to take action or not at first. So informative, thank you. What's more, I appreciate you to answer my questions. I was never taught to judge with whether or not the belongings. I regret why I couldn't notice the fact by myself for a long time, but you made me straightforward completely! I'm so grateful to you! I'll try to keep practicing everyday, so if you have time, please check it later ! Best kinds, Yukiko
