Hello, my name is Tama, I'm from England and I am pleased to meet you. I love teaching because I am always learning from my students...every day I learn more and more about Japan! My other passion is travel, I love to explore new places, see new things, meet new people and try new food. I haven't made it to Japan yet, but I hope to soon. :-) As well as English I also speak Spanish and Haitian Creole fluently, and I have been teaching language skills to all levels of students since 2006. I can't wait to meet you!
趣味・好きな国・訪問した国
I love to travel, to meet new people, learn about new cultures, try new foods. I spend my time between the Dominican Republic - I love the warmth of sun, and the beautiful beaches, and England - I love the beautiful green countryside and the history you can find in nearly every town and city.

Dear Tama sensei, Thank you very much for your corrections and advice. I have learned that the word 'unbalanced' is more appropriate in my context. Thank you for teaching me the nuance that the word 'crooked' has. I'm looking forward to sending you more of my work. Have a nice day! Kind regards, nmkh

Hi, Tama Thank you for the corrections and nice advice. ”I think that virtual reality technology could hinder children from learning awareness of real-life situations that can be dangerous.” Beautiful!! This is the sentence that I tried to write. I was trying.... but, I was not sure my sentence made sense... '...a ruse used to showcase/demonstrate virtual reality technology.' The word, "ruse" is new to me. I found a sample sentence in a dictionary, "He wore a fake mustache in a ruse to conceal his identity." Also, you gave me other two choices of word which can replace "introduce" I tend to use a particular word over and over again. Thank you for a good piece of advice. I enjoy studying with you. See you. Yoko

Hi, Tama. Thank you for great feedback and a lovely message. Appropriate, the first phrase is cited from "Becoming" written by Michel Obama. It's plagiarism. Sorry for that. But l have been inspired by the phrase as you feel.
