Here is an alternative for the 3rd sentence:'...are hesitant to have it...' this is really useful advice because I haven't used the word hesitant before.
Thanks to really useful advices as this, I have changed 'perfectly wrong' in the 5th sentence, because we generally used perfect to describe something good, not bad. 'Plainly wrong' makes it clear that what you are referring to is wrong from every angle.
