Ms. AlphaSensei Thank you for your advise. When the word "company" is included in the name, it must be capitalized. But, when the word "company" is not part of the name, then the word "company" must not be included in the salutation. I didn't know this rule , especially when the word "company" is not part of the name. Thank you for teaching me. The definite [ an indefinite ] article rule is also confusing for me.
