Thank you for your explanations and suggestions. I look forward to taking your lesson again.
Hi Tom Thank you as always. I used "would" in the last sentence because I thought that the worsening situation surrounding education in Japan would make education harsher spontaneously. However, given the original essay question, I should use the term "should" instead of "would. Best, Itsuki
Dear Tom Your corrections and explanations are always helpful and insightful. Thank you. Best, Itsuki
Thank you, as always.
Thank you for your feedback and detailed explanation on my sentences. I enjoyed reading your unique observation on this topic, too!
Thank you for your kind correction and message. I learned a lot from them. I’ll continuously work hard to improve my English.
Dear Tom, Thank you for correcting my sentences with your detailed explanations of your message. I will refer to them when I write English sentences from now. Still, I'm not 100% for sure about the usage of commas, and I'm not confident to it. So, I will keep writing to Idiy while referring to a reference which I have here. There was one sentence which I couldn't figure in your message. That was "Notice that there isn't one in my above example, but that's only because comma rules are different when quoting people.". I was wondering if it meant that comma rules differ depending on people. Have a good weekend. Again, I really appreciate your proof-reading. Best regards, Creamcheese
Dear Tom, Thank you for pointing out the many careless mistakes I made in the essay. Your feedback is always very helpful. I look forward to learning a lot from your comments and advice on my other essays. Best, Itsuki
Dear Tom, Once again, thank you for your articulation - it really helps me understand why the sentences are correct grammatically. While some other reviewers here just respond with simple feedback whether the sentences are correct or not, your break down, a way to take out a clause to check whether the sentence makes sense, is a great way for an analysis.
Thank you for your feedback and pointing out the details on how I can improve my sentences to flow naturally!
Dear Tom, Sorry for the delay in responding. Your edition and feedback are, as always, very valuable to me. In addition, your message with some idioms (I'm not sure if you intentionally use many of them for my learning or not) helps me build my vocabulary lists. I would like to use some of them like "rules carved in stone" and "one way or another" in my future essays. Thank you again and I hope you will continue to help me improve my writing skills. Best, Itsuki
Thank you for your explanations and suggestions. I have now deeper understanding for the definite article. I look forward to taking your lesson again.
Thank you for your explanations and suggestions. I look forward to taking your lesson again.
Dear Tom, I'm pleasantly surprised that you discovered my writing not before long, and I'm glad about it. Your detailed explanations and thoughts are very helpful for understanding English grammar, although I need to look up the terms you use to deconstruct the sentences. Additionally, the sentence you revised now makes sense. I felt awkward writing that sentence but couldn't pinpoint why.
Dear Tom, Your review and explanation were very helpful. I wrote the short essay in a way that felt right to me, but I couldn't articulate why. Your analysis and explanation of why it was correct greatly aided my understanding of the grammar. I hope my writing crosses your path again.
