Thank you for your easy-to-understand comment. I would like to bursh up my sentence by reading your comment. Sorry for the confusion the expression 'POSITION ABOVE LEADER'. I used the word 'leader' in the meaning like 'team leader'. I imagined that a person such as the manager and the senior manager was in the position above the team leader. So I should have written 'the team leader' instead of 'the leader'...
