Thank you! "Pension" I wanted to express is the annual fee for the national pension that Japanese people aged 20 to 65 need to pay. If the inheritance tax rate is 100%, people don't inherit any savings. Japanese existing pension system is not sustainable because of the unbalanced population distribution. We need to establish a way to collect money for pensions from young people and pension receivers somehow.
